The ideal candidate would be well versed in major Front-end / Back-End development and be able to hit the ground running. We seek proven experience with relevant languages, frameworks, and underlying technologies for rapid software development.
This position include Front-end / Back-End, React.JS / Python, HTML, CSS, Java, / MySQL / MongoDB, PHP / Javascript / Typescript / Ionic and Electron . We are not looking for years of experience but rather experience in the years.
This position requires UI/UX design and development, production support duties, support of all levels of test execution, and the ability to diagnose system issues. Must be able to communicate to all levels of management and work as a member of a team.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both Front-end / Back-End coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design.
You will be a Full Stack Developer implementing crowdsourcing operations marketplace- bringing to life our vision and ideas for the next generation management application. You will work in a core group of developers, closely interfacing with the designers and developers team to deliver a state of the heart crowdsourcing platform to give our future customers a different experience of innovative services. In addition, the right candidate will be excited by the prospect of optimizing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of crowdsourcing marketplace and data initiatives.

- 5+ years of relevant experience

- Cross-Platform desktop and Mobile Development for Apple and Android
- Authentication with tokens utilizing technologies
- Building RACTJS API or other server tools with backed technologies, such as Node, Rest Java, etc
- Experience Working on Agile Teams and using Application Lifecycle Management tools like JIRA
Responsibilities
- Front-end- Backend React.JS – Java, Node.JS, Laravel – MySQL MongoDB
- Works with development teams and project managers team to ideate solutions to understand project requirements
- Build quality code and libraries for future use
- Build the back-end and front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

- Technical documentation – Designing architecture, flow diagrams, documenting technical implementation approaches and pseudocode

- Set and evolve standards and best practices for our application development team – Conduct code reviews and enforce standards
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Write technical documentation
- Oversee development process compliance and CI activities
- Guide/Mentor junior developers and empower them on ReactJS and related trends
